Belldandy's the first Relief Goddesse Office (RGO) that we meet.
She first appears when Keiichi dials a number to order ramen, but instead, he gets the RGO.
After that, Belldandy materialized herself in Keiichi's mirror to grant his wish.

thoughtful person. Like the other goddesses, she has marks on her forehead and cheeks.
