He's one of Keiichi's sempai. Tamiya's the head of the NIT Motor Cycle Club and
a senior student at NIT. When it comes for the races, he takes it very seriously
(For the money-well, all theirbudget!- of the club he puts in it and as well the speeches he always do
to poor Keiichi-since Keiichi's their #1 driver)He's also always seen with his buddy Ootaki.
